NickSm says, "seriously, more group interaction, forced if need be. Maybe even a class or classes in working with others."

AndrewGo says, "Yeah, I like the socratic Method myself "
AndrewGo says, "You know, the teacher asks questions to the students instead of lectures"
KurtDa says, "diffenatly"
NickSm says, "definitely"
KurtDa says, "group discussions improve knowledge"
AndrewGo says, "Lectures put me to sleep"
KurtDa says, "yea I know"
KurtDa says, "and everyone should be allowed to say their opinion without getting blasted for it"
NickSm says, "there's not always a time for lectures nor is there always a time for group discussions. You have to be able to balance the two"
KurtDa says, "true,"
KurtDa says, "but oher than this class, there isn't a whole lot of time devoted to group discussion."
NickSm says, "i guess that's what the problem has been all along"
AndrewGo says, "Even though I like this class, I like to also see my profeesor"
AndrewGo says, "Who wants to learn his whole life in front of a monitor"
KurtDa says, "not all my professors though"
KurtDa says, "we need pictures on this program"
AndrewGo says, "I don't know, some of those TA's---HOT"

JulieOw says, "So that is all college needs is some group discussion"
AndrewGo says, "Yeah, or at least more of it"
JulieOw thumps Andy in the ear

KurtDa says, "you learn more from a variety of opinions then just the professor's"
JulieOw says, "what else, any other problems"
AndrewGo says, "If I lose the backing, you owe me"

JulieOw says, "Did yall discuss Stelle yesterday"
NickSm says, "teachers need to make the students answer questions if they won't. I've had a couple classes already where the teacher asks a question and no one answers because they don't care, not because they don't have a response"
KurtDa says, "nope"

JulieOw says, "I usually have a response I am just scared to say it, even sometimes in this class, stupid isn't it"
AndrewGo says, "Who cares, if we laugh at you, you can't see us anyway"

JulieOw says, "I am still shy even when my face is hidden"
AndrewGo says, "Well, it is your turn to shine because I don't think Scott is making it today"
KurtDa says, "but you have such a cute face....If I could see it."

NickSm says, "have to disconnect for a few minutes...be back in five."
